Springtime In The City

Spring is here, the sun is out
the flowers soon to bloom
But somehow, foremost in my mind
is my own impending doom
I'm waiting for the shoe to drop
the last eternal straw
the acme anvil on my head
and I will be no more
I've always favored doom and gloom
a half empty type of guy
but today it's really eating at me
and I'll tell you why
It's one thing to be sullen
as a frozen winter fling
but in the past its always thawed
on the first nice day of spring
"Stunned by my own reflection, It's looking back, sees me too clearly and I swore I'd never go there again, Not unlike a friend that politely drags you down,down,down"

When you see me on the street, yell out "FAVO!!!"

I've been to alot of Pearl Jam shows;So fucking what.

    thats a great piece of writing..youre a deep kinda dude..you have alot of talent inside you..

    twists/turns..ups and downs..its great..

    Its hard to maintain my morose front with you around Jus, and thankyou for that

    Thanks Chad, Your a real positive dude. If the world was filled with more people like you, I'd have to change my style.
