there is nothing more to write, there is nothing more to say
wait for nuclear war at the end of a work day
they can keep you alive while you wait and try to be alive
try to run a mile with a leg that ends at knee high
try to smile with a face gone from an i.e.d.
wait for atomic bombs
wait for dead
sign another wall
wait for another signature
for another prescription
wait for another
59 billion
wait 25 years
you will need 60 billion
what the fuck is that noise
what can i do
can i get an extended tour
can i get a job with my shattered skull
wait for benifits with my shattered knees
wait for the election
or another i.e.d.
will these shoes fit my plastic feet
can i walk down the street without it exploding
will i ever be able to walk again
or will i sleepwalk
i will sip my lunch thru my shattered jaw
will you trace that name off of my special wall
wait for space at the v.a. hospital
wait for a handicapped parking space at the mall
wait for someone to give a fuck
or not give a fuck at all

    fantastic, simply fantastic

i can hear the roar of the helicopter in my brother's head

    i wish him well and

    i love that bastard :(
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green
