I wrote this one for all of you...


you'll be my friend, I'm not giving you a choice
just say you'll bend, to the will of my rejoice
I don't intend, to be a single failing voice
saving my friends, if only they could save me first

I'm a trained man speeding, a one-way run
my lover left a loaded gun

who knew we feel, so locked inside again
keep the door barred, let's forget the rain
sunlight creeps in, if light could take the blame
saving my friends, it takes them away from me

I'm a grain of sand weeping, a friend of no-one
my lover left a loaded gun
I'm a strained heart bleeding, one end opened up
my lover left a loaded gun

essentially we've sealed this frame
like a rollercoaster, it's goin' over
out of control, I'm on it this time
before I get lost please throw me a line
what did I do? I swear... I swear
I'm human inside...
