The whistle blows on the nightmare train
climb aboard before you go insane
not that you're a stranger in the strangest land
but because of all the memories that die by your hand
oh, I'm your biggest fan

the devil's hold on your life is a shame
dusted off before you go insane
your destiny is saviour to the lowest man
not that you could tell when your mind is a sham
oh, I'm your biggest fan

all these prescriptions are rotting your brain
you best give it up before they drive you insane
running on empty, is that your new plan
no, you'd kill your own mother for another gram
oh, please understand
I'm your biggest fan
