Comfort

Cozy on the couch with fluffy socks on
Ex husbands left behind thermal and oversized sweat pants
Down comforter on top and pillow by my side
I snuggle up and lay down and start to close my eyes
I can feel the warmth with in me
And a smile covers my face
Knowing when this life began
Trust was all i knew
Feeling alone is not as bad as before
I can take control and do what I need
Grasping at the reigns of what i know for sure
