I long to be an early morning riser…
But thoughts just fill my mind
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I haven’t got the time

I long to be an early morning riser…
But there’s still too much to do
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I’m here looking for you

I long to be an early morning riser…
But the darkness fills the air
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I wake up and you’re not there

I long to be an early morning riser…
But I sleep here all alone
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I’m listening for the phone

I long to be an early morning riser…
But my dreams no longer exist
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I’m craving for your kiss

I long to be an early morning riser…
But the day is not yet thru
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I’m here still looking for you

I long to be an early morning riser…
But a broken heart takes precedence
I long to be an early morning riser…
But my body’s tight and tense

I long to be an early morning riser…
But tonight I cannot sleep
I long to be an early morning riser…
But I think of what I cannot keep

I long to be an early morning riser…
But things have gone on too long
I long to be an early morning riser…
So I’ll fall asleep listening to our song
"I'm not present, I'm a drug that makes you dream"

it is good and i like it quite a bit
a bit to much of that same line over and over again
    but that is fine
i myself have many that do that exact thing

thank you kindly C.W. for the read
it makes you feel better doesn't it?

    a release of sorts, yes?
for poetry through the ceiling. ISBN: 1 4241 8840 7

    "Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
    sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
    no more forever."
