POD for writers

a friend of mine just told me about POD, print on demand. there are a bunch of internet companies that you can up load your book, movie, calender, etc., you promote is, and make a way for people to buy it. The online company will print a copy and send it to the person who bought it. I dont know too much about it because i just heard about it last night, but its cool stuff..

Its a great way for writers to take a shot at getting their books printed and selling them.
