Passing past times, over the blind horizon
finding future, just where I thought it wouldn’t be
put out the fires, just to get my feet back on the ground
for the first time in many many years now
I drop to my knees and pray

Oh please keep me from myself
before I drown (myself) in thought
and the spirits burn this simple heart
for a normal life I cannot live

Come die with me, just for one night
Come die with me, oh just this time
Come die

Up atop the roof of life
aching, we await the jump
leaving all that’s left to leave
but I’m a stranger in this life
no need to let the cables sleep

Come die with me, just for one night
Come die with me, oh just this time
Come die

I want you to remember
I can’t make you surrender
to a love so strong, so wrong, so beautiful
a life alone or growing old

Come die with me, just for one night
Come die with me, oh just this time
Come die
Come die with me, just for one night
Come die with me, oh just this time
Come die

Our future lies …
Our future lies …
Our future lies …
Our future lies …
Our future lies in death
Our future lies in dieing pasts
Surf little waves big... Charge big waves hard
