deadnote

let the goodbyes not resonate
inside the hearts
though i dont know you
i feel sadness
knowing that our time was
so prescious
even as you were taken
out of my view
i will always love you
i will

dissapearing into the sky
a wealth of knowledge
rains down out onto
all we made
everything saved
and growing into
an inferno of nothing
unburned we bake cookies
before we leave
with a glass of chocolate milk
to be smart and old
graceful and wise
but not for now
maybe tomorrow
