Spare a Thought...

Hi there, a very good friend of mine, the drummer in my band and who did bad ass impersonation of Matt Cameron in our Pearl Jam covers had a very serious motor cycle accident today. He has serious spinal injuries and will probably be paralysed from the waist down. I want all here to spare a thought for him because I am trying to appeal to as many people across this world as possible to think positive thoughts to help him and his family through this. The first place I thought of was here where everyone comes together as like minded people.

I am not a believer in god or religion but i do think that the more people that think positive thoughts, the more chance Darren has of recovery...

    I am a nurse on a trauma floor and know how hard these things can be. I am also not a religious person...but, I have definitely seen miracles happen.

    I wish your friend and all of his loved ones, good Doctors and nurses, a quick and full recovery, positive thoughts, lots of support, and good music to make the days better.


    If I knew where it was I would take you there. There's much more than this

    have faith! :) my mom was in a car accident almost 10 years ago and wrecked her neck up, they were SURE she was going to be paralyzed. all she has is a numb pinky :) miracles do happen, and sometimes doctors are wrong! let's hope this one is! i'll be sending awesometastic vibes all your way :)

    Hey guys thanks so much for these comments, Darren came through a 12 hour surgery yesterday after a period where we didn't know if he was going to make it. But he is stabalised now and hopefully can began the road to recovery, we're just all glad he is still with us. I really believe your comments helped, thank you all so so so so so much. It means a lot, it really does.
