True Love

You are the light in my life
You are the reason I live
You gave me breath
You gave me life
Before.....I stumbled through life
Fighting my way
But You came and took my hand
You opened my eyes
You called me by name and said I am beautiful
You've been with me.....through the good and the horrible
Yet you still love me
Everyday You encourage me with Your love
Everyday You raise my chin,
You look into my eyes....and that's all it takes
I will never find another Love like Yours
I don't want to find another Love
Nothing else compares
I am Yours
Don't ever let me go
No need to be void, or save up on life...
You got to spend it all

    True love is hard to find,
    sometimes you think you found true love
    and then you take the early flight home from San Diego
    and a couple of nude people jump out of your bathroom blindfolded
    like a god damn magic show
    ready to double team your girlfriend.

    lol, that's funny! i've never seen that movie, so that's why i didn't catch it. i was just sitting here thinking - that poor guy, that really sucks! well, i'm glad that didn't really happen to you. :):p

    Gee, I wish my husband had written that. Before he was married, he sang me this song about me and the birds in the eucalyptus tree. It was really bad and I still tease him about it.
