Keep it up, Keep it down (The Toilet Seat)

Just wanted to write about this, it's a start anyway.

My baby, her ass is all wet
pointing fingers at me
and I ain't got no regret
tellin' me I gotta set, the seat to rest,
on the rim, and I say "you wanna make a bet?"
If I do it like that then I'm gonna make a mess
all over the floor, the sink, the shower, so I digress

Keep it up, keep it down
can't find a middle ground
can't come to an agreement
so don't make another sound

Open up the door, and I get into position
I release with relief and then I had a vision
I hit the flush lever and I bumped the sink counter
my toothbrush fell off, splashed in the toilet water
and that's when it hit me, when I had an epiphany
put the lid down and we all live happily

Keep it up, keep it down
we found a middle ground
the seat and lid going down
so don't make another sound
I necessarily have the passion for writing this, and you have the passion for condemning me; both of us are equally fools, equally the toys of destiny. Your nature is to do harm, mine is to love truth, and to make it public in spite of you. - Voltaire
