On The Beach

As I sit on the beach
With my feet in the sand
My mind starts to drift far from land
Everything I see is a reminder of her
The dolphins in the sea and the cool warm breeze
The skies are blue
Blue like her eyes
I see the seagulls
I wave to them as they go by
The sand is as white as her skin
So soft
I wish I could touch it again
I'll be back
