Sand through and hourglass

Flying through this rented cup, Its just about cracked and ready to hang up

Praying for the leak to stall , look to the door and from the bed I start to crawl.

I wanna savor every last drop

Just dont want the ride to stop

I figure I should

Leave from where Ive stood

Wandrin through this hollow home, the very place from which I have to roam

Life slowly seeping through cracks, leave this house and start a brand new set of tracks.

I wanna enjoy this while I can

But this place is draining all my sand

I m lost here in my house

This place has become a louse

Higher gears, shred through tears

No more years, Im ending the fear

Any replacement , with different pavement

My brain and body, cant endure the enslavement

I wanna leave I gotta leave I wanna leave I gotta leave .

  • joe, joejoe988, ya wanna leave, ya gotta leave, life can't be as dry as sand, take to the waves, forget the fears, make the happiness you want throughout the years! :) I liked this joejoe--I'm just starting to learn how to live it. Thanks for sharing. I'm sure many of us need to break the chains of the hum-drum existence and pursue something more like real living. Gotta smack that fear beotch down and go for it! :)
