I want to go where the wind takes me
It doesn't matter where I'll get
Just let the wind take me
It doesn't matter how long it may take
its takes me on
On an on...
Just lose myself in this motion
To and fro, to an fro...
Fly through Valleys, Cities and Oceans,
Wherever it will be
I'll be there.
For ever and ever...
I'll belong to the wind, the wind will belong to me...
I'll be the wind
I'll be able to see everery place in the world
The heat will keep me warm, the cold will cool me and
The rain will make me wet
I'll be in every corner, just like the wind
I'll always be somewhere, but to nowhere will I belong or
Nobody will be able to touch me, have or hold me...
Never and ever
For ever and ever
Like the wind.

  • Thank you for sharing! :) I feel the freedom in this piece, jaqueline huyer. "You got me floatin'" right along with ya! :)

  • this poem reminds me of a cat stevens song the wind. I like this peom it has a real free feeling to it, but there is one part where maybe a differnt choice of words would paint a better picture for us. the part I"m talking about is
"The heat will keep me warm, the cold will cool me and
The rain will make me wet"

    other wise very good.
