Your light pounds on my window pane
Pouring in like driven rain
With silver beams you stroke my hair
Thinking I am unaware....

Mr. Moon I know your game
I cannot believe you have NO shame
Mighty ruler of the night
A coward that hides
In the morning light....

Prey upon the foolish heart
Bathing in the tears
Soaking in a nightmare
Relishing in the fear....

But,.. Mr. Moon
I KNOW YOUR GAME
And it horrifies me
You have no shame, I see...

I can hear what you're thinking,.. All your doubts & fears,... If U look in my eye,... In time you'll find,... the reason I'm here,.. In time U may come back somday,.. To live once more-- or die once more-- In time your time,... will be no more,...
