The Day I Kept Walking

Yeah, you told me you were dying
How could I ever forget
I wish I knew the reason
The day took place when we met

See, you left me hanging
On that cold winter day
So I started the walk home
Only to hear you say

Hey, there you are
I’m glad to see you
You just appeared
Out of the blue

See, had I just kept walking
Maybe you would never die
Now I’m left here sitting
Wondering why

Yeah, you told me you were dying
How could I ever forget
I wish I new the reason
The day took place when we met

Hey, I can’t hear you
I’m going to keep on walking
Never to turn around
Stop talking
