Miss you

On the outside I wear a joyful face,
But I’m just hiding behind this smile.
Inside it’s different…
Loneliness,
Confusion,
And pain.
I’m broken.
When I’m with you the world disappears.
And I get lost in your presence,
In your smile,
Your arms,
Eyes.

    but memories...they eat me

    But then You make me crawl
    And I can't be holding on
    To what You got
    When all You've got is hurt

    Underneath this smile lies everything
