Traveling through fertile lands
he plants his seed in an unknown garden.
Tending his garden with life’s demands
he allows his feelings to harden.

Trying to remove weeds gently
from a garden he grows to detest.
His investment not taken lightly
he chooses not to abandon his harvest.

A total desire to take his harvest away.
The love for his garden is missing.
Kneeling at night to pray
his mind is left reminiscing.
.
He vowed never to leave his harvest behind.
He needs his life to be redefined.
Can't you see that there's light in the dark.
Nothing's quite what it seems in the city of dreams.
