Nobody can’t hurt me

He lays in his bed
To pass the time.
Staring at the ceiling
he doesn’t blink.
Lost Dogs in
his backyard.
Thinking “It’s not
the same without
you up here.”
His eyes fill with tears,
could it be from not blinking?
He thinks not.
Pressure fills his head;
he wants to scream!
nobody would hear him,
though.
Nobody, is not the cause of his pain.
He hasn’t felt this pain for
her in a very long time.
Can't you see that there's light in the dark.
Nothing's quite what it seems in the city of dreams.

I can totally relate to your poem tonight.

Can I start this day over?
