Sliding like a hairpin,
Set off before I’m ready to.
Hairbrain decisions,
That double back on the both of you.
Leading within temptation,
Moral implications…
We’re all bound onto the truth.

Been sitting here and waiting,
Swirling in this blur of time…
Scrubbing with deification,
Hands parallel my soul…
This time

Can you see the tearing
Am I splitting right in two
Can you sense all the frustration
Is the guilt shining right on through

I guess I’ve lost
Goodbye
I see it float
There goes my mind
Goodbye

Sliding like a hairpin,
Loosing control of the rest of my life.
Letting loose the trigger,
Tending to the moment
Goodbye
The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

And I won't make the same mistakes
(Because I know)
Because I know how much time that wastes
(And function)
Function is the key
