I walk through life
I walk a line
Don’t look too deep
Leave everything behind

Why should I know
Don’t want to care
If I do not see
Don’t have to let go

I love this
I swear I do
I pass my time
I play a fool

I kid not
Why would I try to care
I fool not
There’s nothing I can do
I try not
Why would I hang myself out there

I don’t know why it’s come to be this way
Can’t help it
It’s just how I’ve learned to pass my day
The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

And I won't make the same mistakes
(Because I know)
Because I know how much time that wastes
(And function)
Function is the key
