Want to kill this pain inside
God I need your love
Need to run and hide
Stop thinking what Ive been thinking of
Need it all to go away
Hope this time your hear to stay

Can you feel it rising
Anger inside of you
Do you feel the passion
Or has the poison made it through

All that Ive been thinking of
Bitterness best of me
Look out across the ocean
Gotta know if I can see
What the hell are they all doing
What the hell have they all done
Did they think this would make us happy
Is it time to turn and run

Can you feel it burning
Anger inside of you
Do you show your yearning
Or has the poison got to you

Sitting in the darkness
It’s the better part of me
Waiting for the daybreak
When I can finally be set free
Want to quench your anger
Need to satisfy the thirst
Want to persuade emotions
Theyre all drowning me
Need to drain this ocean
Do I begin with this one first

Can you feel the anguish
Look at whats been done
Do you see an end
Or has turmoil just begun

Can you feel the poison
Sinking into you
I can feel a chilling
Is there something you can do

It's really hard for me to explain this poem. Personally, I love it. It seems I'm loving everyone's poetry on here...I can also get to the message of this poem very easily somehow...If I'm correct, It's mostly about your thoughts, and anger rising in them.

welcome to the forums thunder. yes, it is SOMEWHAT about my thoughts, but not so much. Its more of something I see.

also, I didnt mean to potray rising anger, though I definately see what you mean. Rather I was attempting to protray acceptance (sorta)
