Like This Before

When I see
I thought I saw
If just a glimpse
I want it all
Cause yesterdays
Have come and gone
What once seemed right
Just don’t belong
In front of me
It passes by
It moves along
A glance then gone
What’s right for me
I just don’t know
I see it all
Where will I go
For just one taste
Is all I need
I beg and plead
Not based on greed
But all I’ve seen
Must be for not
For who am I
I’m all for not
And when I sense
Is that for me
Will it ascend
Grow on to me
And all I got
It’s all for not
So take a glance
Give me just one chance
I’ll grab a hold
And I know I’ve swore
But in that single glimpse
Aint never seen

The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

    I hate my lack of words. I want to say good stuff, but all that comes to mind is I like it, or it's good. And that's not exactly as much as i would like to say. but for now "I like it"

    I wish Phishgod were still here, he wrote in a style very similar to this. We all learned and could learn a lot more from him still. It might be worth doing a search to see if any of his stuff is still stored on the site.

    Yeah, I know and there's even yellowish ones too...I just prefer red ones and I was thinking Garden of Eden stuff when depop mentioned that it was about apples. :) I always envision big, shiny and red when I think of apples, I didn't mean to ignore apples of all colours, I swear!!! :D

    And yes ETE, Phishgod was GREAT! I loved his works! So, I will dig up one of my favorites and bump it. :)

    so, I always ask all my friends this, and so I will ask all of you. If you where an apple what kind would you be?

    Most of my friends just tell me to shutup, some humor me, and a few say they would rather be an orange....which reminds me of a guy I know who ODed on acid....sad but funny shite.
    The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

    I think I'm one who would rather be an oranges, or even a banana, but if i had to be an apple I would be one that gets cut up and put in a tin that someone is going to buy and make apple pie with.

    interesting. I honestly feel that a nonest answer to thhis question is very reveiling...but then again I have been certified clinically insane.

    Clinically insane hugh? What exactly is "normal" these days? What about strawberries? What does that say about someone? I would like to be the strawberries brewing in a pot on the stove of fresh strawberry jelly. It smells delicious. I try to stay away from the forbidden fruit, unless you dip it in peanut butter or chocolate...

    I have to agree with you sis. Strawberries do smell delicious being cooked. And pacifier, caramel is very good on apples.

    For mne, I am normal, cuz I am pretty much the same way every day....it is the norm so to speak. I guess that makes the rest of the world insane!
