shall I run?

What do you have
Is that a gun
Where shall I stand
Am I the one
I never meant to
I never meant to
I never meant to

I’m over here
Yeah you can see
Wished you were blind
And I could go free
That would be relaxing

Your mind astray
Where did it go
What have you done
What shall I do
Never meant this
Why would I hurt you

Has my day come
Will you be the one
Has my day come
Now may I run
I really don’t want to
I really don’t want to
I really don’t want to

What do you have
Is that a gun
Where shall I stand

Take your best aim
Use all your might
Pull that straight back
Make it all right
Do what you need
I really don’t mind
I hope that it sooths
Leave the hatred behind
The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

And I won't make the same mistakes
(Because I know)
Because I know how much time that wastes
(And function)
Function is the key

    Oh, this one made me think of the old west and gun fighters. It made me think of someone wanting to be put out of their misery because of some type of guilt perhaps. They got cornered by someone who knew who they were and had been unnoticed prior to that. Now they have to either stand and fight or run away. Although they have been hiding in a way they want to be exposed, they are miserable. Good read depop!

    I think this part somes it up best:
