Never thought you’d cry
Just want to stand here
How I would love to bring to life your smile

Does it help with all the sweat I willing put in
Submitting to my heart
It overrules my mind each and every time

Now I’m dying to create you a heaven
A dreamland from the depths of your mind
Think I might get half way there someday
Oh how I want to carry straight there
How I’d die to create that dreamland

I don’t know
If a part of me will be there
I only know that pray upon it for you

And I don’t know
Just how far I’ll get with you
If I’ve given you all you need
But that’s okay
All I need is one more smile

Don’t you know
This is how I’ll spend my life
May not have been the master plan
But now I see it’s the only way that I can go

Just you wait
One day I know you will see
Just you wait
I will do it
Though I know it will take every drop that’s left in me

Now I’m dying to create you a heaven

    This is sweet and tortured depop. I hope she waits for your dreamland, sounds like she will really miss out if she doesn't...and it will be her loss.

    It is not about beer or any other type of beer. Nor is it about apples or a shirt this time.

    You know what is mysterious about life? Mystery.

    I don't know if I should slip on this one or not. I know that it might be hard to figure out what this piece is actually about, perhaps it is too hidden.....hence V1, I may revise it. This piece was actually difficult for me to right. It depressed me whenever I touched it. Took only half an hour, but spread over a week. That may help you figure it out.

    Dreamland seems nice...but tackling the real world is so much more challenging.:)

    Alright, let me take another stab at this since you gave some hints...
    Is it about someone dieing? O.k. I am thinking about a little kid having to say goodbye to a parent and how they are telling them they will see them in their dreams and will always watch over them. Is that what is is about. O.k. that is really sad, I am getting choked up over that thought. Am I correct?

    K, well, I wasn’t planning on explaining my view on this one, but perhaps I should, I think that I must have portrayed the wrong thing in this one…I might have to work on it some more.

    This piece is about loosing a loved one and trying to comfort them as they pass on.

    Dreamland is a meld of death and comfort on the way. You’ve done everything you can to prolong that day from coming. Now, you accept they are going, and just want to make it as comfortable for them as you can while they fade away.

    You know they are leaving…now all you can do is show your love, and comfort in the passing

    Please don’t go
    You have to take that step
    See the path I’ve laid
    Find your way to my dreamland
    Oh please wait
    That’s all I ask of you
    Please don’t go
    It’s not ready to be presented to you

    This is by far one of the best works of art I've ever been able to partake in this forum. Well done. You peeping into my life??? :O

    Without question my favourite piece I've read on here and not surprisingly from yourself Depop. You should have your work published. I find myself constantly craving more.

    For what it's worth I thought you portrayed your emotions to perfection. I didn't need to know what it was about.

    It painted an amazing picture (but sad) of my grandfather being lowered to his grave. Although it brought back an indeed painful memory it's good that somethings need not be forgotten.

    Thank you so much for sharing with us and inspiring me to continue to be creative in my own way whether people enjoy it or not.

    Well, firstly, I wouldn't know where to begin, and secondly, I do appreciate such compliments, but I don't know if it is actually worthy of being published. There is a ton of writing on here that my stuff stands in awe of.
