One long path
Stay between the line
Take that left
You know it’s right
Keep on moving
Gotta win that fight

Cause there’s no place left
And in the in-between
Unlock your mind
Just to be set free
Cause there’s no place left
Doesn’t matter where you wean
Open your eyes
Yeah I know you’ll see

And distant memories
They leave you trapped oh in-between
Truths once lived
And forgotten dreams

Travel so far north
You end up south
And words once said
Can you believe their mouths
For it once was wrong
Don’t follow now
That dream may fade
But it ain’t gone

And if I see you leaving
Well I hope your gone
Cause’ there ain’t no worse
Than when you don’t move on
And if you take that left
Well I know that’s right
Get off that road
The path less traveled
It ain’t the in-between
The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

And I won't make the same mistakes
(Because I know)
Because I know how much time that wastes
(And function)
Function is the key

    I liked it all but this was the part I was talking about and yes, it's from the edited version:

    thanks, I wrote this purely as therapy, trying to decide whether (hmmm SP), to take that job or not. I have decided to give at a shot. It became much harder once I decided to leave here though. I had a few amazing offers thrown my way when certain people found out I might leave. But, I had made up my mind, and though the money was more than I honestly thought I would ever be offered in my life, I turned them down, knowing that some of those opportunities would be there down the road, and that this huge promotion would open even more avenues within a year.

    It took me a long time to wrap my head around the situation, but the new year will trully be new for me. new job, new city, new lifestyle, new line of work.

    I write a lot of stuff for mtheputic reasons of one kind or another. I wrote this to clear my mind and help make a decision. 3 weeks later, and I am not so sure about my choice yet.
