Very STUPID question, But Why PDT

Why are all the show ticket sale times listed in PDT?
All the shows are located in EDT.
9/29/1996, 8/28/1998, 8/29/1998, 9/8/1998, 8/25/2000, 9/1/2000, 9/2/2000, 4/28/2003, 5/03/2003, 7/5/2003, 7/6/2003, 10/01/2004, 9/19/2005, 10/1/2005, 10/3/2005, 5/27/2006, 5/28/2006, 5/30/2006, 6/26/2006, 4/15/2008. 6/19/2008, 6/20/2008, 6/22/2008, 8/16/2008

    Because Ten Club is on the west coast.

    Although the country runs on EST imo.

    That's my guess. Plus, if tix went on sale at 9 a.m. EDT, that would be 6 a.m. for those on the West Coast. They're probably trying to make it fair for everyone for a reasonable time.
