This Better Be The End Of Kufala

They are BAD.
Ordered Camden I and II and DC on July 2
STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE CDS NOR A SHIPMENT NOTICE.
Wrote them on Friday....Nothing
Wrote the 10C and told them I wrote Kufala and got nothing back, 10C told me to contact Kufala. Told them I did already and 10C wrote them an email.

Guess what...
STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Even with all the issues, this is very out of the ordinary. Read the threads on here and you'll find that pretty much everyone who emailed or called received a timely response and resolution to their issue(s).

    Have you tried calling since your emails haven't worked?

    After the 3 week mark I emailed them letting them know I didn't get emails on anything, then Brady emailed me back quickly sayin he was sorry for the problem.Lately they have been on point with confirmations

    Only complaint I have is Bonnaroo sounds horrible....I got Columbia and I hope MSG 1+2, Hartford and Mansfield 2 sound like Columbia...it is pretty sweet

    try calling them. Sounds like they are a small company that is really backed up and had no idea what the demand for these shows was going to be.

    Nice.......after reading the 10,000+ posts about people having issues with their bootlegs I can´t wait to see what went wrong with the 13 I ordered.

    I should not have to call them.
    This is 10C mess. I asked them to call them and ask where my order is.
    10C is being lazy with deferring all questions to kufala. 10C contracted out to kufala. I should not have to chase down kufala to find my CDs. That is 10C job.

    Good point. Maybe Kufala is a small company but 10C should be able to let
    them know what to expect? If for whatever reason Kufala can´t live up to the expectations it´s 10C responsibility to sort things out....cd´s are ordered through 10C after all....

    Well then just wait until your order is ready. I ordered my DC the day after the show, I guess 10 days before you, and mine just showed up on Saturday after receiving my shipping notice last Thursday. I also read they are shipping in the order that they were placed. So you may be waiting behind all the people that ordered the show before you.

    Just wanted to put a time frame out there for everyone. I ordered my first cds on June 21st, they arrived yesterday. Now I never contacted anyone regarding the time it was taking. I kinda figured they'd be backed up and just kinda waited. Also, i believe when i ordered them it had stated that the bootlegs would be available 3 weeks following the show dates. So in that case they were right on time.

    No, it's Kufala's mess. 10c didn't put them together or ship them out. The shipping label even says so. You already made one call to 10c........by the time it took you to do that, you could have had an answer from Kufala.

    Also, you'd have to call 10c to see where your cds are anyways if they were the ones packaging them, what's the difference if you call kufala?????? i'm really confused at all of this. they will take care of your concerns. you did pay for the stuff afterall.

    Actually, we ordered the item on the 10 Club site. We provided our credit card number to 10c, we got an order confirmation from 10c. I don't remember Kufala being mentioned anywhere in the process. I think it should be 10c's problem.

    Right, but if you want your CD correct, 10c doesn't have a magic stash of CDs somewhere that they're going to ship out to you.

    If they fucked up my order, it's pretty simple -- I'd do what I was told and get the replacement disc free of charge. 10c isn't going to provide cds if they don't have them to provide, since they didn't make them.

    The only reason I am bitching is because I see people getting shows after DC.
    If someone order MSG July 1 and I ordered DC July 2nd, does that mean I have to wait until they are done making MSG and fill the guy who ordered a show that is not done before me? That seems pretty silly. That like someone ordering a 09 car that is not out yet on Monday. Me ordering a 08 car on Tuesday and being told I will not get my 08 car until the 09 car is out and the orders placed for that are done!!!!!


    As for this 10C Customer Service issue. Its a dead topic. I order thru 10C therefore they need to provide me updates regardless of where they get them from.

    but who gives a shit who tells you this as long as you're still getting updates from someone? who cares if it's 10c, kufala, or mickey mouse? as long as it gets taken care of, isn't that all that matters?

    Not exactly, but everyone that ordered DC before you like I did will get their orders fullfilled first. Like I said, I just got my confirmation at the end of last week and I ordered mine a while before you did.

    I tend to agree that TenC is where the purchases were made and TenC needs to get Kufala's ass in gear here. Not just pointing people to Kufala. This is a issue with TenC just as much with Kufala. Just my two cents.

    It absolutely is. If you bought something through 10C, you've entered into a contract with them to provide you the discs in exchange for money. Whomever 10C contracts with to fullfill that order is irrelevant.

    Contacting Kufala may produce quicker results, so that's probably what I'd do, but in principle this is an issue for 10C to solve.

    It is my understanding that orders are being shipped in the order they were received.
    So even if MSG is already being shipped, if there are people that ordered the day after the show which was first than your July 2nd order those orders will be fullfilled first.

    I ordered WPB, TPA, Camden I, Bonnaroo, Columbia, Hartford and Mansfield I I've received WPB, TPA Camden and Bonarroo... have had no problems with them at all. I'm very pleased with their service.

    They seems to be a small operation, so I'm just patiently waiting for the 3 boots that I'm still missing. :)

    I'm pleased with their service too! A little patience is all you need, I havent gotten all my confirmations but i have all the boots I'm supposed to. I'm still waiting on the last six!
