They come here,
hearts that ache,
hearts that break,

seeing solace,
seeking understanding,
seeking comfort,
wanting to relate,

there's nothing new under the sun,
your happiness may begin,
while your neighbor's misery has begun,

sometimes there are ears that hear,
sometimes there are eyes to cry with you,
sometimes they help you with fear,
sometimes just a kind word will do,

they are like you inside,
the internal mirror doesn't lie,
they have emotions just like you,
they fall down and have regrets too,

you are one though the outside is different in many ways,
haven't we all had our share of truly hard days,

when they come to you for a connection,
how will you proceed on,
will you lend them what they need,
or regret what you didn't do when they're gone
Our love must not be just words, but True Love, which shows itself in action,
No one needs a smile more than someone who fails to give one,
After you die...you know how to LIVE!
