When and now

When I first met you
my heart would jump
and my soul would glow
I felt like we had the world
in the palms of our hands
the sun was bright
and shining in my head
I finally found my life

Now I think of you
my heart stops
and my soul weeps
without your support
I lost grasp of the world
the suns asleep
and my head spins
I'd rather be dead

Rather than being birthed like a normal child, Chuck Norris instead
decided to punch his way out of his mother's womb. Shortly thereafter
he grew a beard.
