The seasons of my life,
never hesitate to pass me by.
Sometimes I get a moment to reflect upon,
life's little lessons and my soul's deep down song.

Seasons come and season go.
Life marches on down a steady road.
The seasons of my life are catching up to me.
The seasons of my life are setting me free.

Wisdom is a gift as the aging body grows,
the outside shows the wear and tear of what the inner body knows.
All the little heartbeats, beating like a drum,
towards tomorrow, and hope for everyone.

Seasons come and seasons go.
Life marches on down a steady road.
The seasons of my life are catching up to me.
The season of my life are setting me free.

I'm marking all the moments,
and keeping them safely tucked away.
Just to have the pleasure,
to pull them out one day.
