Who is the guy with the blonde hair?! Also, Dave was a good drummer but he looks like a fucking preppie here...

    Eric Johnson, their tour manager, was paid by Dave A to come up.

    Point of order...I'm pretty sure if one of the guys in Pearl Jam was a fag, the others would be ok with it. They do live in Seattle after all, where there are plenty of fags and people are open-minded.

    Thanks for posting this video, cool to see. I wonder what the awards show would have done if nobody from the band agreed to show up? At what level does a minor awards show have to choose crappy nominees just to make sure they show up?

    I am sorry if you take the word "Fag" as a direct derogatory remark towards all gay people, I did not mean it in that context. I, and many others, use it as I would with geek, dork, douchebag, spaz, reject, idiot, loser or any other..take your pick. People are way too sensitive when it comes to the English language, its only a word, and when you let a single word piss you off then you empower said word............. 'Fag' means cigarette in the UK btw

    It's not the word fag, it's the fact that you use gay people as a metaphor for losers. Say he looks like a dork if you think it. There are much more specific ways to describe how uncool someone is than to use a generic word for gay guys.

    I'm just trying to say, people on this board are mostly pretty cool, and Eddie Vedder is always telling people to take care of each other. So the homophobia seems out of character, and I'm trying to draw attention to it. No offense to anyone, including the OP...most of us are insensitive until we figure it out. Once upon a time I used to say "that's gay" as an insult, until I thought it over and realized that wasn't how I wanted to be. So here's an opportunity for someone else to think it over, and decide to be open-minded instead of singling out a particular group of people to be your favorite synonym for loser.
