What's to win,
is all there is to lose.
What's to gain,
is all there is to prove.
What's past the part you've seen before?
What's on the other side of the door?
What's to feel,
is all there is to think.
What's to rise above,
is all there is to sink.
What's escaped from view?
What is staring back at you?

  • When I stare into my reflection,
the one I see in your eyes,
I see me as you see me,
    I forget all that's wrong
    and I can love.

What stares back at me is what you see in me and all the good that I can be.

    :)

    I like your questions!
