Please don't see the world
through those hateful eyes,
You're wasting so much time
when you criticize.
When will you realize
light was meant to shine through those eyes?

Please don't speak the angry words
with that beautiful voice,
it comes out as wasted noise.
When will you know you have a choice?
Harmony was what you were meant to sing with that voice.

Please don't hold the anger
in a heart that is cold.
Maybe you think
you're just being bold.
What about just letting the story be told,
love was meant to warm the heart that was so cold.

    goodun....I feel like that often. Like I was being talked to. I like living in my dark little world, but it is not who I am. Goodun
