A Shade of Blue

The eyes are the window to the soul
I look into yours and feel a comfort that
I can not express
Your color blue reminds me of what Earth
would look like from Heaven
You take me to another place when
your eyes smile
When I am with you, my heart beats to the tune of everything
good in the universe
Thank you for loving me...
thank you for being you~

    thank you for responding....I haven't written in quite some time, just not inspired lately....I look at my past poetry and truly believe expressing myself that way helped me to work through problems in my life...a release in a sense...
