Waiting for you proved
to be the biggest challenge of my life
You are here now
and there is nothing left
to give
My heart was open
yet you chose to love another
I am strong enough now
to understand there is
no one to blame
As the day breaks and the
moon appears,
the locks will unfasten
...a twisted tapestry of undeniable pain
to be the biggest challenge of my life
You are here now
and there is nothing left
to give
My heart was open
yet you chose to love another
I am strong enough now
to understand there is
no one to blame
As the day breaks and the
moon appears,
the locks will unfasten
...a twisted tapestry of undeniable pain
love is free

It's so sad when you've built something up so much and then, *BAM*, there's nothing left. Eventually the pain subsides and you figure out that you're none the worse for wear but man, it's a bitch to get through!
I could feel this one---I enjoyed. Thank you! Forget your perfect offering, there is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in. - Leonard Cohen0 -
I love this one. There was this girl I was so in love with, then she moved away, I found her number about 2 years later and I told her how I felt, and she felt the same way and we promised the next time we saw each other we would kiss, so I saw her on 12/31/05, 6 years later and we kissed for a long time, then she said she loves me but wont leave her boyfriend, so I live in regret, I regret not telling her how I felt years ago. But anyway this poem reminds me of her and that time.I'll be back0

Oh no- here comes that sun again.
And (that) means another day without you my friend.
And it hurts me to look into the mirror at myself.
And it hurts even more to have to be with somebody else.
And it's so hard to do and so easy to say.
But sometimes - sometimes,
you just have to walk away - walk away.
With so many people to love in my life, why do I worry about one?
But you put the happy in my ness, you put the good times into my fun.
And it's so hard to do and so easy to say.
But sometimes - sometimes,
you just have to walk away - walk away and head for the door.
We've tried the goodbye so many days.
We walk in the same direction so that we could never stray.
They say if you love somebody than you have got to set them free,
but I would rather be locked to you than live in this pain and misery.
They say time will make all this go away,
but it's time that has taken my tomorrows and turned them into yesterdays.
And once again that rising sun is droppin' on down
And once again, you my friend, are nowhere to be found.
And it's so hard to do and so easy to say.
But sometimes, sometimes you just have to walk away, walk away and head for the door.
You just walk away - walk away - walk away.
You just walk away, walk on, turn and head for the door.
