Being Enlightened

:( It's so sad when you've built something up so much and then, *BAM*, there's nothing left. Eventually the pain subsides and you figure out that you're none the worse for wear but man, it's a bitch to get through! I could feel this one---I enjoyed. Thank you!

I love this one. There was this girl I was so in love with, then she moved away, I found her number about 2 years later and I told her how I felt, and she felt the same way and we promised the next time we saw each other we would kiss, so I saw her on 12/31/05, 6 years later and we kissed for a long time, then she said she loves me but wont leave her boyfriend, so I live in regret, I regret not telling her how I felt years ago. But anyway this poem reminds me of her and that time.

Oh no- here comes that sun again.
And (that) means another day without you my friend.
And it hurts me to look into the mirror at myself.
