A poem for Eddie

It's not easy
being Eddie Vedder
The kids at school
Called him Eddie Cheddar.

Now he's grown up
No Code is an emblem
The kids are alright
Now Stone is the problem.
Another habit says it's in love with you
Another habit says its long overdue
Another habit like an unwanted friend
I'm so happy with my righteous self

    It's not easy being Boom
spending each day behind a set of keys
when I think it'd be cooler playing sticks, or rhythm or lead
or something more high profile like that

    It's not easy being Boom
It's seems you're hidden behind Ed's Batman wings
And roadies pass you over when you're
not sounding loud enough on the sound monitor
    though you cry and cry

But Boom's the holler they whoop
    Though it's not very friendly-like
Cos Boom can be "Booooom" like you're booing, or "Boooo-urrrns"
like in the Simpsons, or "Whooooo hell he?"

But Boom is all there is to be
And true fans never wonder why, never wonder why
Wonder, who is Boom, so that'll do fine, all's beautiful,
and PJ is where I want to be

    :)

    My name is Dave A
and I guess you could say:
    They called me the Ockus,
    quarantined like small poxes.
