way beyond the clouds;
you plummet and plunge
in a mighty roar.
Cascading
foaming,
frothing
Spewing icy spray
from deep chasms
where you percolate
and boil.
Surging and racing
through my blood.
My heart beats
a savage tattoo
to the rhythm of
your awesome crescendo.
Alive
Vital
Energized
I am the dynamo
through which you flow
I harness the primal power
at your core
and release the quieted remains
to trickle to tranquil lakes
far below.
