My mind is the ground
Upon which they fight
Reason and passion
Attend my appetite

If reason rules alone
My soul is in a cage
But passion by itself
Becomes a flame enraged

My soul exalts reason
To the height of passion
One without the other
Is a dangerous ration

Passion needs reason
That it may come alive
Reason needs passion
For which to strive

So rest in reason
Until it is time
To move in passion
So you come alive!
I never meant to hurt you, mi diablo, mi amigo, but I've built up so much character I have an alter ego. I have to make a clean break & I have to do it quick because the pain you give me babe would make Cal Ripken call in sick!!!
