A carrot dangled in front of my heart
I remained as cool as a cucumber
her scent was as sweet as summer corn
her lips colored crimson red like the softest tomato
the greenest eyes hiding her peppery temper
and how quickly egg meets face
and my river of tears flowing from the onion
as my love is ripped apart like a lettuce
next time I will order the daily special

I agree. The title is very creative and peaks one's curiosity.
