i still love you and what you create
im falling in what i can hear quietly
i need what youve given me
i need what ive given away

and i still love your songs
i wish that you could understand
i wish i could tell you by name
but im hiding behind the curtain

the beginnings of all your work
the colors that blend the words
the holding of hands the hope and dreams
and the way you say hello
thanks to everyone who can read what i write without having to say something mean

    autumn trees wave fire,
    and to watch the flames
    float and fall . . .

    youth without knowlegde
    innocence laughs
    the wound it burns
    yet the reaction is met
    by a dance of love
    where the hands come together

the dance of love is grand

    Such sweet words.
  • this is the reason i shall pray tonight
for when looking for reasons for words to explain a misunderstanding
theres an action that could be taken
    a kindness to be given
a hand to reach out and find some sort of common ground
and when theres nothing of the sort
it doesnt give me a reason to speak otherwise
    for god is love
and love doesnt do what i have done
    without prayer
thanks to everyone who can read what i write without having to say something mean
