sucked into the fence

feel like i got sucked through the holes underneath the bridge
been missing upstairs while im flying around down here
im sure ive lost the war makes me wonder why a battle
maybe i should of found a way now the way that ive been livin

the rocks and dirt have scratched me so bad
i wonder about the television
what a wonderful story they had
but its pretty much over now

ive been missing by the dam
been sucked through its a scam
i know i owed that man

and now ive been found
thanks to everyone who can read what i write without having to say something mean

    These lines intrigue me in this poem. At first they seemed out of place but now they seem like the key to the whole piece, like a clue to a puzzle. Thankyou for this.

    does honesty really matter in artform

    i know that if i make a song and cant play it then what kind of art is that
    and then there are friends and family who take the burden of one performance so i could sing making it okay to like double trak the tune
    probably should be posting on the musical section instead of poetry hopefully this will get some response

  • I'm thinking that a minor chord sequence would work, with lots of changes, and it should soar and get louder towards a sudden quiet and ending a bit like "Daughter", which could provide opportunity for adding a tag at the end.
