State of Love and Trust Flag???

A while back, someone posted a flag type poster that they got Eddie to sign.
I've tried to find it with the search function but couldn't for the life of me. It was a pretty big tapestry type thing with a guy putting a gun in his mouth (heh.) Anyway, he showed it to someone at a concert and they showed it to Ed and Ed came out to meet him and signed it for him.

Does anyone know who that person was, or where I could get a link to the tapestry/flag/poster type deal he made? It was reall F'n cool.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows what I'm talkin about.
