Her eyes opened
to the moring sun
Thinking about the night
before brought a smile
to her face
Both were present in
this relationship,
unlike one sided conversations
she had known
She felt vulnerable
and naked, but
welcomed this new feeling
She took the risk offered
and followed her heart
Trust broke the spell of her
shattered soul--a friendship

    encompassing the world and focusing on the weak
    sorrounded by strength the smell of money and blood
