Take all your worldly goods and leave them at the door
They're all worthless here
All the tears they shed - I don't know what it's for
You'll find paradise here
Close your sad eyes and take one last breath
There's no pain here
The hurt you felt and the adversaries you met
Don't reside here
It has all gone, the sorrow and anguish - your life has just begun.

It's good. I like it. Being positive and starting over.
  • I'll have a piece of that place
  • Thanks... I needed this today...

YES!!!! Damn, that's great!! I liked the feel of the whole poem but the first lines there just jumped right out and grabbed me. :) Reminds me of Imagine, "Imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can..." something like that. Hmmm, imagine, NO possessions!!!! I wonder, would it be "just like starting over" ? :) Thanks, krystaljenna.
