Been waiting long?
Your will-power is incredible
And your stamina...

You know you won
But it's not so wrong
Because you are brilliant
And I love you...

All I want for you
Is a pure smile morning
And a pushsweet night

My God, you're magnificent

    if whoever you wrote this for, knows how wonderful you think they are.....well, then, I bet they're feeling pretty wonderful!!!

    and a pushsweet night sounds like it must feel very good....
    ....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......

    This poem could read as a concession to an envied (and desired) victor with whom the defeated speaker identifies. (The addressee's epithet "winner" allows this possibility for interpretation.)

    Thank you for the acknowledgement. I'm not a poet, nor am I a musician, but I like to transcribe what I think occasionally.

    I think the only way is to be your most true self, your most pure essence. It takes a lot of work to know yourself, to know that you can't ever take the easy way out, especially in a relationship or hope of one. Let's just say that we don't decide completely when that magic moment will happen, but we do have to feel ready. It's so simple.

    Not enough of us do the self-maintenance. For some reason we're either lazy or don't feel we are worthy of our own love, or we let someone hurt us, so we go between blaming ourselves or wanting to kill them. It's our responsibility to either let or not let, and be ready for the consequences.

    For me, I'm a work in progress so I'm always changing somehow, but deep within, I will always be the girl who lived life backwards in so many ways.
