    It might be that it's closed down with the move to J Records (even though thats just a division of sony...)

    That seems odd to me. I would think that Sony would still be making a ton of money off the albums they produced. I mean people are still buying Ten so I would think it would be in Sony's best interest to promote the band at least to some degree.
