    Pretty sure it isn't. Jason (Youkan) was struggling with time to run it. I know he was looking for someone to take over it, but I don't know how far talks made it with prospective new owners.

    Does suck..... this is the only other PJ torrent site I know of... most of the seeders are in Italy so if you're in north america it definitely wont be as fast as youkanland.... but better than nothing i guess:
