In this city
every street corner tells a story
Each one you're in
Of how time stands still
Until you have to let it go
And how you don't want to

When i got home
I pulled my train tickets out from my drawer
All ten of them
And I sat there and waited to see
If i could watch them dissapear

And there is an image
That lingers in my mind
I can't seem to make reappear
In real time

And just because i miss you sometimes
Doesn't mean we were meant to be
